The idaho lottery will be giving out $1 million to the luckiest person who will won the jackpot in the lottery for the winning ticket and this is timely in celebration of new year 2010.

The Idaho Lottery sold 250,000 raffle tickets between October 31 and December 23. The winning number is 059388
